Sometimes people get confused about heart healthy foods. Following are the heart healthy foods:

1. Fish i.e. Salmon, fish oil


2. Nuts i.e. Almond, Walnuts


3. Seeds i.e. Flax, Chai etc.


4. Oats: it has a lot of fibers


5. Soy  and Dried beans and lentils i.e. Pinto, black, kidney etc.

Talking about heart healthy foods, you need to analyze your plate every day. What do you put on your plate. It should be colorful with above mentioned food. Animal fat and carbohydrate are not healthy foods for our heart's health.
